The s23, plus, and ultra are expected to cost $799,$1000, and 1250 respectively. According to Ross Young’s leak, they will be available in Beige, Black Green, and Light Pink colors.
The release date is on February 1, 2023, at 20:00 PM CAT on the Samsung website.

The phone has slightly curved edges just like other Samsung phones but you will notice that the cameras no longer have the camera’s island like the s21. It has more of an ultra design with standalone cameras. There is not much information about the design yet.
Display
The Samsung s23, S23 Plus, and s23 Ultra might have a 6.1-inch display, and a 6.6-inch display respectively both 1080p OLED displays and 120Hz refresh rate, the ultra gets away with a 6.8-inch display and a 1440p OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
As if that is not enough, Qualcomm’s ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor.
Camera & Performance
Camera:
Shipping with 3 cameras: 12mp + two lenses both with 10mp with 10x zoom capability and 3x zoom capability. Finally a 200-megapixel sensor.
Performance:
This device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2:
For the first time the snapdragon chip ships globally, normally it doesn’t since the snapdragon is a little bit expensive yet it’s “idle” power that you won’t get to use yet Qualcomm is just not cheap. Countries with CDMA are the USA, China, India, and a couple others.
S23 and s23+ will have 8GB RAM and 128GB+ total storage capacity for the Ultra two RAM options of 8GB or 12GB and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of total storage
